FAQ's for Tutees / Students
Q. I cannot log on.
A. You will be able to log in through eVision using City username and password authentication
Q. I’m a student and my personal details are incorrect
A. You should contact your Course administration officer
Q. Why does a record of a meeting not exist?
A. Your personal tutor will record details of the meeting during or after the tutorial session. If you cannot see the detail, please contact your Personal Tutor.
Q. I don’t know how to use Personal Tutorial Records
A. A training video is available on the LEaD page under Personal Tutoring and record keeping
