Law of International Organisations

This module aims explores and critically analyses the roles of international organisations under international law, both as law-makers and as subjects of international law. Students will familiarise themselves with the constituent treaties and practice of international organisations.

The module aims to develop deep knowledge and critical understanding on the development and the content of rules governing activities of international organisations in the international plane, as well as the controversies surrounding existing rules and the future development of such rules.
