John Snape

John Snape, MA (Oxon), solicitor (non-practising), is a lecturer in law at the School of Law, the University of Warwick.

His research interests include environmental taxes and other economic instruments for environmental protection, and the taxation of corporate finance.
He has written on a range of legal subjects, property law and mooting, as well as tax law, most recently Environmental Taxation Law (co-author, Jeremy de Souza), which was published by Ashgate early in 2006.
