Forgot your password
Login to IT Self Service on www.city.ac.uk/itservicedesk and select ‘Log an IT incident’. Click on the category ‘account login’ and select the most appropriate option.
If you are unable to login to IT Self Service then click on ‘Log a call without a City account’ and complete the rest of the form.
Information on how to change your staff password can be found on www.city.ac.uk/changepassword. If you are having trouble changing your password then please contact the IT Service Desk.

New Staff log in issue
On your first day, your manager should provide you with a staff username and email address. Once you have these, call IT Service Desk on extension 8181 to retrieve your password. You can use the on-line Password Self Service www.city.ac.uk/changepassword to register your password and change your password at any time.
