Sarah has over 15 years experience working in analytics, data science & research roles. The past 4 years she has engaged her passion for data to shape how it’s transformed and used for Sky’s streaming service NOW TV, leading a large team to understand how our customers relate to the service and importantly how this is acted upon to drive relevance. Prior to this Sarah has held various roles across Sky, using data to support new product launches (BB, Sky Go, HD) and put the customer at the heart of business decisions.
