UKFN Joint SIG Meeting: Turbulent Skin Friction Drag Reduction, Aeroacoustic and Flow Instability, Modelling and Control
City, University of London will host the Turbulent Skin Friction Drag Reduction, Aeroacoustic and Flow Instability, Modelling and Control special interest groups meeting during a two-day special event taking place on 13th and 14th January 2020. Featuring presentations from the SIG members and invited speakers as well as two special sessions covering two EPSRC projects on Deterministic Turbulence and Aerofoils of the Next Generation, the conference will provide ample discussion of developments within industry and academia.
The organisers would like to invite delegates to participate in the meeting by giving talks. If you are attending the meeting and would to give a presentation at the event, please indicate as such on your registration and provide a proposed title of your talk. Presenters will not need to write or submit a paper for the conference. Please register and submit your proposal by Monday 29th December 2019. Registration is free to all participants.
A detailed programme will be available at the beginning of January, once the registration process has be completed and talk proposals have been reviewed. There will be a dinner on the evening of Monday 13th January.
