Clare Gray has worked for the Shaw Trust for over 14 years and has over 25 years’ experience in the specialist field of disability and inclusion. Her role as Disability Advocacy Adviser means that she is actively involved at a government and policy level responsible for ensuring Shaw Trust is a best in class employer for disabled people and also involves advocating and representing the views of disabled clients to inform future employment support provision.
Jenny La Rocque has worked for Shaw Trust for nearly 10years. Her role as National Employer Manager allows her to work and support national organisations at a strategic level to ensure their recruitment process is inclusive as well supporting organisations on their journey to becoming a Disability Confident Employer.
