Abstract:

The talk will firstly examine the development of racism. It will then look at the way that racism has mutated and its manifestations in workplaces today.  Finally, the role of psychologists, specifically those working in occupational psychology, in tackling racism will be discussed.

Sandwich lunch available from 12.30pm, seminar starts at 1.00pm.
