I will review the topic of electrostatic confinement of massless two-dimensional Dirac particles, complemented with several original results.
We show how bound states may arise in gapless Dirac materials, despite the Klein tunnelling phenomenon.
We also consider the coupling of two ultra-relativistic particles, and discuss how it impacts cutting-edge experiments.
