Launch of Women on Boards initiative at City

Staff, Students

City is proud to announce that we have become members of the Women on Boards initiative. More information about Women on Boards, can be found here.

At the launch, we welcome Ancia Cronje, Corporate Relationship Manager, Women on Boards UK, who will present ‘Seven reasons why being on a board is good for your career’. This talk has been designed to support both men and women to think strategically about board roles, as part of a career strategy.

The talk is for men and women at various career stages:

  • who want to manage their careers and become more effective;
  • seeking to better understand why being on a board is good for your career.

The launch will be followed by a networking session with drinks and nibbles in the Pavilion.

About the speaker
