How to improve the effectiveness of your Trustee Board
Cass Business School & Aon Trustee Governance Seminar
Wednesday 23rd November 2016
5.30pm - Registration
6.00pm - Seminar
8.00pm - Networking drinks
9.00pm - Close
When asked what keeps them awake at night, trustees and companies regularly cite issues such as lack of time, resources, knowledge and information. In other words, they worry about their collective ability - as individuals with responsibility for the pension scheme - to be able to make decisions and implement them effectively.
Having the right governance structures can aid effective decision making, allowing trustees of both DB and DC schemes to be more nimble in a transient market environment and ultimately increase their chances of reaching full funding or improving member outcomes.
Join us for this evening seminar on 23 November at Cass Business School in London, where you'll have a unique opportunity to hear directly from governance specialists from both Aon and Cass Business School.
We will share with you Aon's learnings from research into pension scheme governance, learnings from Cass about the governance of other types of organisation, and provide our views on how to ensure your trustee board is equipped to deliver a 21st Century Trustee role.
The event is free to attend and open to anyone involved with the management of DB and DC pension schemes so please feel free to share the invitation.
