Religion, Belief & Philosophy: People share their stories from the perspective of faith

12.30pm

Public

Speakers: Revd David Allen, Anglican Chaplain, Surat-Shaan Knan, Project Manager at Rainbow Jews

Many of the world’s religions are perceived as anti-LGBT people. The headlines and stories we hear in the news and read in the papers do little to dispel that idea. Is it as clear-cut as the headlines present? You are invited to come and listen as two people from the LGBT+ Community share their personal stories from two faith communities, one an Anglican Christian, David is the Vicar of St Clement's a local Anglican Church just across Goswell Road from the main City site, and one a Liberal Jew.
