Positively Speaking: How to craft conversations for leadership and innovation
Every conversation offers opportunities to show leadership.
How do we engage with others to get the best outcomes and do ourselves justice?
What do the latest developments in positive approaches to change tell us about these topics?
Join Paul Z Jackson in this lively and practical seminar, in which we shall explore:
· Skills of collaboration, teamwork and co-creation
· The intellectual landscape of positive change
· The principles of improvisation as an approach to leadership and creativity
· Solutions Focus conversations as emergence in action
· Conversation structures and frames you can use straight away
The session draws on research from positive psychology, performance studies and micro-analysis of conversations. With a range of case examples, you'll leave with a renewed sense of possibilities in your forthcoming conversations with colleagues, friends and families.
