The Court of City University London is the principal way in which the University connects with its stakeholders. This annual meeting allows Court members to learn more about City's strategic direction for the year ahead. Chaired by the Chancellor, the Lord Mayor of London, the Court's composition includes members of Council and Senate, representatives from each of the City Livery Companies, and stakeholders from collaborative institutions and partnerships.
This event will take place on Wednesday 17th December 2014 in the Performance Space, College Building, Northampton Square. The annual meeting, with Pro-Chancellor Mr Rob Woodward holding 'Court', will feature the installation of the University Chancellor Alderman Alan Yarrow, updates from Vice-Chancellor Professor Sir Paul Curran and Pro-Vice Chancellor Richard Verrall, an overview of Finances from Stephen Avery and a presentation from a leading academic. Refreshments will be served upon arrival, followed by a hot fork buffet post-event.
