Following on from his recent successful lecture on the legacy of Alan Turing in code breaking, Prof David Stupples gives his views on botnets and their effect on the world wide web

The talk presents empirical analysis of the impact in malware detection from using diverse anti-virus engines. To perform the analysis we utilise a global data-set collected by our research partners at Institute Eurecom and Symantec Research on 50 sites located throughout the world
