* Kelly Perdew will speak via video link from California about the three most critical leadership characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, and will share insights from entrepreneurs he has interviewed.

* City’s own recent graduate Yvette Snowden will relate how she launched Find-Me-A-Dress.com (UK’s first comparison website for dresses) during her final year here at City University.

CitySpark was initiated in 2009-10. A first prize of £5,000 along with entry into the London City Incubator awaits the best team who submits the best business plan.  The second prize winners get £2,500, while third prize students take home £1,000.
