In this session we will discuss how to develop your enterprise idea in a way that makes you stand out from the crowd and helps protect you from future competition.  We will discuss what to do if you are the "first mover" in your market, as well as carving out a sustainable niche if you are not the first mover.  Many examples will be presented, but the focus will be applying the core principles to your own enterprise idea(s).
