City Volunteering Fair
3pm to 5pm
This fair is aimed at all City/Cass undergraduate and postgraduate students who are looking to gain new skills, experiences and become more employable through volunteering. The event is an excellent opportunity for you to meet organisations and find out what opportunities are available, what situations they are challenging and how you can help them.
This is a rare chance to meet with lots of people from charities and non-profit organisations right here at the university. If you like what they have to say, you can register with them straight away.
You can use the fair to:
- Find an organisation that shares your passion
- Get in-depth information about the different organisations and opportunities
- Research different volunteering opportunities and identify what to do next
- Improve your networking skills
- Meet like-minded students
Organisations that have confirmed their attendance include: Arsenal Football Club, Barnardos, British Red Cross, Centre 404, Choice FM, LDA London Ambassadors (2012 Olympics), Kids Company, Marie Curie, Over The Wall, Read International, RNIB, Right to Play, Spitalfields City Farm, St. Mungo’s, Voluntary Action Islington ...and many more!
