Series: Centre for Performance at Work Launch Event
21st Century visions for the future of work - a panel discussion
- How should leadership change?
- What can we do to create new working environments?
- What are the opportunities and threats to the workplace of tomorrow in the face of prevailing environmental, technological, social and economic trends?
Faced with increased environmental concerns, changing technological, social and demographic trends, the economic downturn and the rapid growth of China and India, there is little doubt that the coming decade will prove one of the most challenging for those in work. Yet change also brings an opportunity to rethink traditional ways of doing things and consider what we want future work to look like.
We have invited some of the brightest stars of tomorrow - early high achievers from a variety of sectors - to take part in a panel discussion about their visions of the future of work. The event will provide a rare opportunity to hear from tomorrow’s leaders, how they would shape the workplace of 2020, and what they will look for from policy makers and employers.
