chosen six teams from across City’s schools to advance to the final round this week.
The prize-giving event at 6:00pm on Thursday, 25th March to be held in Room AG07, College Building will have digital
entrepreneur Charlie Muirhead as guest speaker.
Founder and CEO of t5m – the 5th medium - one of the world’s leading producers of branded video entertainment for the
web, Charlie will share his personal story of getting started in business (having started out without any previous
business experience or industry contacts) and shed light on the path he took that made him one of the industry’s
well-regarded entrepreneurs, networkers and telecoms industry experts. He will also share his thoughts on
web-based businesses and how t5m empower and enable its partners to benefit from the digital domain as well as
traditional media. Prior to t5m, Charlie founded Nexagent the pioneer and world leader in process automation
solutions for delivering advanced IP services across multi-network environments. He also founded iGabriel.net
an angel investment network in 2000, and in 1996 Charlie’s success started with the inception, flotation and
acquisition of Orchestream the market leader in IP Service Activation software for MPLS-VPNs.
