Speakers: Adam Boulton, Political Editor of Sky News, 'Guido Fawkes' (the UK's leading political blogger) , Steve Richards Chief Political Commentator, The Independent, Chaired by Ivor Gaber, Professor of Political Journalism at City University London

A panel discussion (open to members of the public) in which leading political journalists look back on the year and consider:

Did the election mark the 'triumph' of the old media  over the new, as the online election never happened but the debates election did?
How has political journalism, so long used to the old politics of Labour and Conservative Governments, coped with reporting the new politics of coalition?
What are likely to be the key political events of 2011?
