The City Law School in conjunction with Ver Heyden de Lancey will be running a series of lectures in Forensic
Medicine and Science during 2009-10. This series of lectures will be of interest to all law, journalism &
criminology students. The lectures are also open to all and particularly welcome pupils/trainees, junior
practitioners and others involved in the criminal justice system. Always fascinating (albeit sometimes not for
the faint hearted) the lectures will be given by an impressive panel of experts in their field.
Richard Shepherd is a leading expert in the field of forensic medicine, a Visiting Professor of City University, London and the author of ‘Simpson’s Forensic Medicine’.
