If you are unable to login then please contact the IT Service Desk.
Login to IT Self Service on www.city.ac.uk/itservicedesk and select ‘Log an IT incident’. Click on the category ‘account login’ and select the most appropriate option. If you are unable to login to IT Self Service then click on ‘Log a call without a City account’ and complete the rest of the form.
Information on how to change your student password can be found on www.city.ac.uk/changepassword. If you are having trouble changing your password then please contact the IT Service Desk.
Q4. How can I connect to my laptop or device to City’s wireless networks and where is wireless available?

We do not fix personal computers however, we will provide guidance on repair shops.

You can also request for SPSS, Oxmetric, Matlab and Nvivo by logging onto IT Self Service www.city.ac.uk/itservicedesk and clicking on ‘Log a Service Request’ and selecting the software option.
