Login to IT Self Service on and select ‘Log an IT incident’. Click on the category ‘account login’ and select the most appropriate option. If you are unable to login to IT Self Service then click on ‘Log a call without a City account’ and complete the rest of the form.

We do not fix personal computers however, we will provide guidance on repair shops.

Q10. What softwares are available to me for home use?

We provide Microsoft Office365 at no additional cost. Please refer to this website for more information

You can also request for SPSS, Oxmetric, Matlab and Nvivo by logging onto IT Self Service and clicking on ‘Log a Service Request’ and selecting the software option.
