Neurodiversity screening

If you think that you may have a neurological learning difference such as dyslexia, please contact Learning Success on 020 7040 0246 or email neurodiversity@city.ac.uk to request a screening pack. Once we've received and checked your completed forms, we will invite you to book a screening appointment.

At the screening appointment, a Neurodiversity specialist will discuss the nature of any difficulties you may be experiencing and will carry out some initial screening assessments.

If the results of the screening show indicators of dyslexia or another neurological learning difference, we can investigate further with a full diagnostic assessment. If the results do not show indicators of a learning difference, we will discuss further options of support that are available to you.

You may also need a screening if you had a learning difference assessment a considerable time ago or if a previous assessment has been lost.

Please be aware that because of demands for our service it is important that you cancel 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend an appointment. If you do not let us know, you may be charged for non-attendance.
