The Court of City, University of London, is the principal way in which the institution connects with its stakeholders.
This annual meeting allows Court members to learn more about City's strategic direction for the year ahead.
Chaired by the Rector, The Rt Hon The Lord Mayor Alderman William Russell, the Court's composition includes members of Council and Senate, representatives from each of the City Livery Companies, and stakeholders from collaborative institutions and partnerships.
This year's meeting took place at the Business School Executive Education, 200 Aldersgate Street, EC1A 4HD on Thursday 12th March 2020. With Chair of Council Ms Julia Palca holding 'Court', the meeting featured an address from the University Rector, updates from President, Professor Sir Paul Curran, an overview of Finances from Liz Rylatt, and an update on the estate from Kevin Gibbons.
A presentation was also given from Professor Sylvia Walby OBE, one City's leading academics about her research on Violence and Society, along with a speech from one of City's Alumni, Cheriece Hylton.
