This Advanced Linux short course provides valuable practical knowledge on several aspects of network configurations and the troubleshooting that the role of system and network administrators requires.
This advanced course is designed for those who have completed the Linux Network and System Administration short course at City or already have a good knowledge of Linux systems. It would be ideal for students who need to set up servers as part of their job roles.
The course takes place in our central London location, taught over 10 weeks in the evenings, allowing you to continue with full-time employment.

Evangelos Tsiontsis
Evangelos Tsiontsis has extensive academic and professional experience in Networks and computer science. He has a BSc/MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) and an MSc in Telecommunication and Personal Communication Systems from KCL.
He has worked as a Research Assistant in the Centre of Telecommunication Research (CTR) of King's College London in the area of peer-to-peer (p2p) networks where he developed his own p2p application.
After working as network administrator in various companies in UK, he is now the co-founder and developer of the software company statementreader.com.
