Course overview

The Public Health module provides an overview of important definitions and concepts, as well as an introduction to the changing panorama of public health issues. You will begin by looking at the socio-historical context for public health and consider the ethical issues that arise in relation to public health interventions. Because public health is a very broad discipline, content experts from across City will teach sessions in this module to reflect the subject’s reach.
