Accommodation at City

Choosing where to live at university is an important decision. You should take the time out to look into the options and rest assured we are able to provide accommodation for all of our undergraduate students as part of our guarantee scheme; if you are 18 years of age or above, and firmly accept an unconditional or conditional offer on a full time course at City by 30th June 2019, you are guaranteed university accommodation providing you apply for it by that date.

Students can enjoy the benefits of being a student in London with City accommodation; in the 2018/19 academic year this has been priced from only £156 per week. With three halls of residence, offering en-suite and standard rooms, we aim to provide a range of accommodation options for our students.

Our accommodation

All of City's accommodation is within a short walk of the University. Students studying here will have London as their campus.

If you decide to stay in our new and refurbished halls of residence, you will benefit from:

  • Private, modern study bedrooms
  • Communal living spaces, where you can cook, relax and feel at home
  • Proximity to transport links and within easy reach of the University

Our halls of residence offer a range of rooms from single shared rooms to self-contained studio flats. Each room is equipped with work desks, storage cupboards, internet access and a comfortable bed. There are also communal areas such as common rooms, laundry rooms and some halls offer outside garden or courtyard areas. All halls have 24 hour security and on-site support.
