Accommodation offers for all students are sent out in rounds on specific days. When you receive an offer, you will be notified of the deadline to accept the offer.
All offers for all students will be sent by email. For that reason, it's important to check your junk and spam folders in case any messages are misdirected due to inbox filters.
The first round of postgraduate accommodation will commence in April 2019 (exact date to be confirmed in early January 2019). Halls were allocated on a first come first served basis.
All of our halls of residence are now fully occupied so we will be unable to offer you a room at this time. We have added your name to our waiting list and will contact you as soon as we are able to offer you a room.
It is very hard for us to estimate when we will be in a position to offer you a room as this depends on how many students ask to leave the halls and how many other cancellations we receive, so we do recommend that you try to secure alternative accommodation as we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to offer you a room.
If we can not offer you your their preferred hall/room type, alternatives will be offered instead. Students who wish to reject these offers can complete the Waiting List form, which will be attached to the accommodation offer email and return this to us at email@example.com. You will then be placed on to the waiting list for your preferred hall/room type. In doing so, the original offer will be cancelled and there is no guarantee of another room becoming available. Any waiting list offers will be sent out if/when available in a later round of room offers. We will not accept students swapping rooms with each other.
Dates for postgraduate offer rounds can be found in the table below. This is not a complete list - dates of further rounds will be added in due course:
|Round||Date offers will be sent||Date the offer expires||Offers sent to students who applied up to|
You are encouraged to read information on the T's & C's and payment details required on the FAQ pages for each hall of residence, so that you will be prepared if you are offered a room offer.
