This year's Wellbeing day had a complete makeover with a new location in the Great Hall . It was a day dedicated to helping staff improve their physical and psychological wellbeing. Over 200 staff took the opportunity to "get into health" in a highly interactive fashion.  As well as the ever popular Health MOTs for heart health and free massage, colleagues were able to speak a range of health professionals such as dieticians, nurses and osteopaths about their health concerns. A new addition to the programme in relation to  mental health was the opportunity to have one to one resilience coaching. There was plenty of fun with dance demos for capoeira, salsa and zumba, as well the chance to make your own sushi or use pedal power to make a delicious smoothie. 

As well as Health and Leisure services teams , a number of colleagues from The Point, Volunteering, Equality & Diversity and the School of Health Sciences helped make the day a truly holistic approach to wellbeing.
