Managing the Expert

Overview

Cases can stand or fall on expert evidence. This course takes you from the first stages of identifying and finding an expert, through to instructing an expert, considering the expert's report, asking questions of your expert, experts' meetings and right up to using the expert successfully at trial. It also covers the expert's relationship with you, the client and the court, and key case law on expert evidence.
