Division of Health Services Research and Management

The Division of Health Services Research & Management (HSRM) brings together the Food Policy, Health Services Research, Health Management, Health Psychology and Public Health teams to deliver excellence in teaching and research.

On our unique MSc in Food Policy you can discover how to change the food system for the better. This MSc is for people who care about food and want to gain a strong, critical grasp of food policy as a field of scholarship and practice.

The MSc Health Management, one of the longest established health management programmes in the UK, and the MSc Health Policy provide health management and policy perspectives on related aspects of healthcare.

The MRes Clinical Research and MSc in Health Services Research provide training to enable students to conduct and evaluate research with the aim of improving service delivery, quality of care and patient outcomes.

The Masters in Public Health is aimed at professionals from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds who aspire to solve public health problems.

The MSc Health Psychology/Psychology and Health programmes explore the psychological and behavioural processes that influence the development of illness, the promotion of health, and the delivery of healthcare through rigorous research that feeds into evidence-based practice.

The division offers a range of courses at postgraduate taught and research degree level.
