Registration Fees
Fees cover access to all sessions, conference material, lunches, coffee breaks, and one-year membership fee of ESHIA, including a one-year subscription to the Journal of Economic Interaction and Coordination.
If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner you must select a ticket type which includes the dinner.
You will be asked for dietary and access requirements during the booking process. If you wish to bring a guest to the Gala dinner please book an additional Gala dinner ticket and include details in the requirements section.
Authors should register by 20th May or may not be included in the conference schedule/programme.
Early bird fees (until 30th April 2019)
- Early Bird Regular ticket INCLUDING Gala Dinner: £350 + £85 = £435 plus external booking fee
- Early Bird PhD student ticket INCLUDING Gala Dinner: £250 + £85 = £335 plus external booking fee
- Early Bird Regular ticket: £350 plus external booking fee
- Early Bird PhD student ticket: £250 plus external booking fee
Full fees (from 1st May 2019 to 12th June)
- Regular ticket INCLUDING Gala Dinner: £400 + £85 = £485 plus external booking fee
- PhD student ticket INCLUDING Gala Dinner: £300 + £85 = £385 plus external booking fee
- Regular ticket: £400 plus external booking fee
- PhD student ticket: £300 plus external booking fee
Gala dinner guest ticket
Additional Gala Dinner ticket: £85 per person plus external booking fee.

Visa invitation letters
Invitation letters for delegates will only be provided once payment for delegate fees has been made.
You will be asked if you want to request a visa invitation letter as part of the booking and payment process. Please complete the requested details. We will endeavour to send your visa letter within three weeks.
Invitation letters for accepted authors can be provided on request once your paper is approved. Please email events@city.ac.uk if you are an author and require an invitation for Visa purposes before a booking will be made.
Should a visa not be granted a refund can be given in line with our Refund Policy.
