Eska is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who defies categorization, blending soul, folk, jazz, and blues. The Zimbabwe-born native of Lewisham, South London built her genre-blind reputation as a background and featured vocalist. From the late '90s through the early 2010s, she was a secret weapon of numerous producers and acts, including New Sector Movements, Troubleman, the Cinematic Orchestra, and Herbert.

Kwes Darko is a record producer, songwriter and musician. He is known for his collaborative work with Slowthai, FKA Blue Daisy, Bobby Womack, Damon Albarn, ELIZA, Kelela and Micachu. He is signed to Warp Records.

Judy Griffiths is the promotions manager at London club Fabri., which showcases underground DJs, internationally-renowned electronic music and live acts. The music includes cutting-edge house, techno, electro, disco, dub-techno drum & bass and anything else that fits within the confines of the night's future-forward and ever-evolving programming.

Miles James is a London-based producer and performing/recording artist. He has gained a reputation through his use of analogue instruments and recording techniques. He trained as a jazz guitarist at the Royal Academy of Music before deciding to focus his energies on production. He has worked with Michael Kiwanuka, NAO, Emeli Sande and Jidenna, among many others.

Tony Cousins started his career as a musician. He became a cutting engineer in 1980 at the Townhouse before becoming a fully-fledged audio mastering engineer when he, Ian and Tim started Metropolis Mastering. Tony is now one of the worlds leading mastering engineers and has mastered for Adele, Robbie Williams, George Michael to name a few.

Susanna Eastburn MBE took up the role of Chief Executive of Sound and Music in September 2012, which is the latest senior appointment in a varied career that has most recently included being Director, Music at Arts Council England from 2008-2012.

Ben Ash, aka Two Inch Punch, is a record producer, musician, remixer and songwriter. Nominated for 3 grammys, he has written and produced records with Sam Smith (No. 1 hit Money On My Mind), Ty Dolla $ign, Rex Orange County, Jessie Ware, Rag’N’Bone Man (Human), Damon Alban and Brian Eno. He forms one half of BenZel with legendary American record producer Benny Blanco.
