Overview
Dr. Gianmaria Bottoni has a doctorate in Research Methods for Social Sciences. He is a Research Fellow based at ESS ERIC HQ at City, University of London and work package Leader for the development of a multi-country web survey under the EC-funded H2020 SERISS project.
Prior to joining City, University of London he worked as Researcher and Teaching Assistant in Quantitative Research Methods for Social Sciences and Methodology of Social Sciences at University of Salerno and as Teaching Assistant in Social Statistics at University of Molise.
He is a Lecturer at Summer School on Methods of Social Sciences (recognized as School of High Education by Italian sociological association) and he has been a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Methodology and Statistics at University of Utrecht.
His research interests are cross-national comparative studies, social cohesion, quality of life, and advanced quantitative research methods (Multilevel modeling, Structural Equation Modeling, Multilevel SEM).
