Daniel joined City Law School in 2017, following 12 years at the Bar with sets of chambers in Inner Temple and Gray’s Inn. He had a busy practice specialising in commercial and insolvency work, with extensive trial experience in the High Court and County Court. During his career at the Bar, Daniel sat on Pupillage, Tenancy and Bar Council Committees. He is an advocacy trainer at Middle Temple and holds a current Practising Certificate.
Daniel is part of the Civil Team on the Bar Vocational Studies programme; he is a module leader for Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution and also teaches Drafting. He is a member of the Advocacy (Submissions) team and has provided tutorials on the Advanced Civil Advocacy and Company Law electives. He also supervises dissertations on the LLM. He has previously contributed to the LLB Legal Practice Civil Litigation module. He is a member of the Pupillage Advisory Service, using his experience from professional practice to help students with their applications and interview techniques.
