About City

Access Agreements

Listed here are the Access Agreements for City, University of London. All publicly funded providers of higher education in England that wish to charge tuition fees above the basic level have to submit an Access Agreement to the Office for Fair Access (OFFA) for approval. OFFA will also monitor progress in meeting the commitments as set out in the agreement. City's Access Agreement sets out our tuition fee limit and the measures we intend to put in place to both recruit and support students from backgrounds under-represented in Higher Education. For example, outreach work and financial support (bursaries and scholarships). Access Agreements cover HEFCE-funded undergraduate courses for Home/EU students at English universities and colleges. Access Agreements do not cover postgraduate courses or apply to overseas students.

For more information on City's Access Agreements, please contact Michael Bennett, Progression and Strategy Support by emailing michael.bennett.1@city.ac.uk. Further information on Access Agreements can be found at www.offa.org.uk. Details of the our outreach and widening participation activities can be found at City and the Community, Widening Participation and WP Opportunities.

City runs a wide range of Widening Participation activities each year to help meet the milestones and targets which are set in the Access Agreement, read the team's annual report.
