This residence is offered to City University London students by Unite Student Accommodation.
East Central House offers a range of en-suite rooms in different flat sizes. The rooms are mainly for undergraduate use, however a limited number are available to postgraduate students. This hall is located approximately five minutes walk from City University.
Each flat has a well-equipped kitchen and the hall offers a common room with flat screen TV and DVD player, an on-site laundry and bicycle storage. There is also a landscaped garden, perfect for summer barbeques. High speed internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price.
All halls of Residence are self-catered, therefore students are responsible for their own cooking. Bedding is not provided in study bedrooms and cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are not provided.
Please note that East Central House is designated entirely non-smoking. This includes all buildings and external grounds.
Students who are offered accommodation at East Central House will sign an agreement with Unite and not with City University, and will therefore be bound by Unite's terms and conditions of residence.
Please note East Central House is not exclusively for City University students and accommodates students from other higher education institutions.
Distances - East Central House is approximately 5 minutes walk from City University Northampton Square site, 10 minutes walk from Cass Business School, 24 minutes walk from Gray's Inn Place and 16 minutes walk from West Smithfield.
