Overview
This four-day course, a module from our Legal Translation MA, is offered here for continuining professional development. The course covers: legal principles of litigation in England and Wales; text analysis in civil litigation (in English); document analysis in the second language (French, Spanish or German); discussion of issues in the translation of documents used in litigation; translation of three litigation documents.
