CitySCaPE, by Lorna Saunder, Sandra Partington & Steve McCombe
"CitySCaPE is a multimedia, simulated reality, learning package targeted at improving healthcare for people with Learning Disabilities developed by staff in SHS and LEaD in response to the need for nursing students to gain practical skills and knowledge. The project was achieved with constant communication, sharing of expertise and collaborative learning. A team approach co-ordinated the development and delivery of the project, which was delivered on time and to budget, without any technical or design problems."

"This is a great example of Professional Services working closely with academic colleagues across the Schools for a corporate purpose which is of high importance to City’s overall goals. The team delivered innovative, creative and engaging online and offline campaigns and events throughout the University which raised significant awareness and generated a very strong, favourable reaction."

"The Employer Engagement team, in the Careers’ Service collaborated with The City Law School launching a creative and innovative pilot, the Micro-Placement Programme. They worked together to use different yet complimentary expertise to create a scheme focussed on career exploration, allowing students to research career options early and hone core employability skills from studying law whilst working on non-legal projects."
