I am working as a Projects Assistant at the Prince's Regeneration Trust, aiding the director and administrating all the Trust's heritage-led regeneration projects – a position that I am really excited about. When I first started the MA in Culture, Policy & Management as a part-time student, I was adamant that I wanted to work in museums. However, by taking a variety of modules on offer I realised that there were so many opportunities in the cultural sector that I was not aware of. CPM gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and broaden my horizons and the expertise of the staff and extensive range of guest speakers was very informative and inspiring. The broad range of skills that I learnt over the two years has definitely aided me in my new chosen career path, and hopefully will be the basis for my future development.
