Our business school offers two real estate postgraduate degrees in London, with the opportunity to network in a global real estate hub, neighbouring both the City’s financial core and the tech belt centred on Silicon Roundabout.

The Real Estate Research Centre links academic community and practitioners involved in real estate, integrating existing real estate expertise within the broader finance and management capabilities. The centre builds on the foundations of existing research and aims to provide insights across all aspects of real estate and real estate finance.

Komilla Chadha studied MSc Real Estate at Bayes Business School, the only business school offering a master's in real estate in London. In this video she tells us about her role as a surveyor at JLL in London and also how her passion for food inspired her to set up the JLL Dining Club.

Career perspectives

Graduates from Bayes Real Estate degrees work as chartered surveyors around the world.

Your MSc Real Estate opens a wide choice of careers. It’s ideal for developing a career in the real estate industry. Most of our students join graduate entry schemes of major firms of chartered surveyors in the UK and become qualified professionals. Others go on to a range of employers and roles – with smaller niche agencies, fund managers, developers, investment banks, lending banks, public agencies, rating agencies, and research companies.

If your interest is in real estate investment management, real estate finance or the securitised real estate markets, choose the Master’s in Real Estate Investment. As well as preparing you for the chartered surveyors’ graduate entry schemes you’ll be equipped for analyst, strategy or research positions in major fund management houses and investment banks, or smaller private-equity type real estate funds, rating agencies and specialist research firms.
