Accommodation
Where will you live?

Whether you're looking for a place to live in halls of residence or private rented accommodation, the Accommodation team in the Student Centre can point you in the right direction.
Halls of residence
City has recently invested in new and refurbished halls of residence with private, modern study bedrooms and communal living spaces where you can cook, relax and feel at home. All bedrooms have internet access.
Various halls of residence are available for undergraduate students and there is accommodation specifically for postgraduate students - self-catered facilities within easy travelling distance of the main University buildings.
Summer 2012: Please note that City University does not have any summer accommodation of its own, however City nominated Halls Liberty Court and Alliance House both let their rooms independently over this period. Please contact the Halls directly for information of how to book this accommodation. Alternatively, see our section on summer accommodation on our private housing web pages.
Private housing
Looking for private housing often seems a daunting task but it does not have to be. We can advise you on how to start looking for housing, what do do once you have found something you like and we have also linked up with Studentpad.co.uk which provides online information on private housing for students.
