Message board

StudentPad’s message board is open to all City University students as a place to talk about accommodation and swap advice. It’s also a very useful area to advertise room vacancies if you are looking to move before the end of your contract, or to find flatmates.

  1. Email the Accommodation Team at for the message board password.
  2. Access the message board

For landlords and housing providers

If you are a private landlord or a housing provider who would like to advertise properties through City’s StudentPad site, see the advertising guide for information on how to get started. You can contact the Accommodation Team if you have any additional questions.

If you are a housing provider needing to make a payment, this can be done online via City's estore. If you require an invoice, the Accommodation Team can request this from the Finance Department for you. Please be advised that it can take up to five working days for the Finance Department to raise an invoice. Private landlords and charities do not need to make a payment.
