Guarantee scheme
Accommodation guarantee scheme for first year undergraduate students for 2013 entry.
First year undergraduate students meeting all three conditions below are guaranteed a place in University accommodation for the 2013/14 academic year.
Conditions
- You must firmly accept via UCAS an unconditional or conditional offer on a full-time course from City University London before 30 June 2013.
- Completed applications for University accommodation must be received by the Student Centre by 30 June 2013.
- You must be aged 18 years or above at the time of taking up residence in the hall.* Please check the contract start dates for 2013/14.

* If you are going to be below the age of 18 at the time when the accommodation contracts start for the halls of residence then you will not be covered by the University's guarantee scheme. However, you are still entitled to make an application for accommodation and we have an arrangement with one of our housing providers, Liberty Living, to provide a limited number of rooms at Liberty Court to students under the age of 18 on a case-by-case basis. If this restriction is going to apply to you then please contact the Accommodation team for further advice at the time of submitting your application for accommodation to the University.
