+During the course of 2008 Walter Sickert Hall and Francis Rowley Court were sold to a third party housing provider called Liberty Living.   Walter Sickert Hall was renamed Liberty Hall and Francis Rowley Court was renamed Liberty Court from June 2009.   Students who are nominated for places in these two Halls for 2009-10 will be bound by Liberty Living's payment terms, which again will differ from those of City University London.

The payment terms and conditions outlined below relate only to those Halls of Residence which are owned and managed directly by City University.
