Peartree Court
Self-catering flats for 142 students
The flats are situated adjacent to Finsbury and Heyworth Halls and comprise from 3 to 6 single study bedrooms, living room/kitchen, shower and WC. One flat is adapted for students with mobility problems. Residents may use the communal facilities in the adjacent Hall, such as the recreation room, the music practice room and the coin operated laundrette. Bedding is not provided in study bedrooms. Students may either supply their own bedding, or can request a bedding pack from the Hall, which consists of a single duvet and pillow, and a single set of bed linen. An additional charge is made for these packs. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are not provided for self-catering residents. Every study bedroom has a telephone and a data point. Peartree Court is offered to first year undergraduates.
