Department of Psychology - The Department of Psychology main strengths lie in a wide range of applied psychological research and is committed to research in cognition, developmental and social psychology. Research is organised around research themes and there are currently five research units with additional research centres:
Department of Sociology - The Department of Sociology has a strong and growing reputation for its globally oriented research. Much of this work has a global sociological frame and strong links exist between research and postgraduate teaching.
