School Management and Administration

The School of Social Sciences is organised into four Departments: Economics, International Politics, Psychology and Sociology.
 
The Conjoint Dean of the School, Professor Christie Slade, has overall responsibility for the management of the School of Social Sciences and the School of Arts. Heads of Departments are responsible for the academic management and organisation of the constituent Departments, subject to consultative processes involving both staff and students.

All administrative staff are located in one central office on the third floor of the Social Science Building on the corner of St John Street and Whiskin Street (opposite the College Building). The School Office hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
