Organisational Psychology Group
Welcome to the Organisational Psychology Group (OPG) website. We are a team of Occupational Psychologists with a range of different research interests.
The activities of the Organisational Psychology Group involve innovative research and applications of psychology in the 21st Century workplace to make a difference.
Our aims are:
- To advance scientific knowledge about the causes of individual, team and organisational well-being and effectiveness at work.
- To disseminate this knowledge in the scientific community, in the workplace and in the wider public domain.
- To design, implement and evaluate methods of promoting effectiveness and well-being at work.
- To develop staff and students to high levels of expertise in organisational psychology and professional skills.
